1. Local Deliveries (Kenya):
We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is processed and out for delivery.
2. International Shipping:
We do ship internationally! Delivery times may vary by country, usually taking between 7 to 21 business days. Customs delays may occur depending on your region. We’ll always provide tracking to keep you informed.
⏱️ Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. You’ll be able to view and confirm the shipping fee before completing your purchase.
🚚 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
